Julien takes great pleasure in welcoming you to the contemporary décor of the Dropping Zone, or DZ as it is commonly known, for a gastronomic adventure dreamed up by JM Bouvier whose restaurant L’Essentiel earned him Michelin medal, and by Fred Gaglia.

Their innovative cuisine combines with artistry classical favourites brought up to date with just the right touch of mischevious humour and original creations inspired from all around the world.
